Deanship of Skills Development 

The Deanship of Skills Development was established to improve the skills of University faculty members, leaders and  administrators. Specifically five main skills are focused on: Teaching Skills, Research Skills, Technical Skills, Personal and Inter-personal Skills, and Leadership and Administrative Skills.  The Deanship is looking forward to consolidating the King Saud University’s leading role in educational excellence by means of developing university teaching and learning with a view to transcending  from traditional to innovative teaching.  This is done through enhancing faculty member personal and teaching skills instilling innovation and excellence in a way that brings about radical and mature change in the educational process.
