Tasks of the quality and institutional excellence unit
- Updating the functional organizational structures ( activities, operations and Main ) according to the needs of the university vice president for student affairs of tasks, responsibilities, regulations and regulations .
- Establishing the internal quality system by applying the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO) as directed by senior management
- Drawing up an internal audit plan and a post-audit of administrative processes in various departments and organizational units at the vice-University for Student Affairs
- Spreading the culture of quality and institutional excellence among the departments and units of the vice-University for Student Affairs
- Submit proposals that will improve the workflow and increase its efficiency in different units and departments
- Issuing the annual report of the university vice-presidency for Student Affairs and providing the concerned authorities
