ABSTRACT

The Department of Electron Microscopy offers services to support in various fields of science.In general,the department provides imaging services for biological and non-biological samples by Electron Microscopy,both with and without treatments.

KEY SERVICES 

•        Surface Examination using various Scanning Electron Microscope 
•       Technology of chemical analysis of element Energy Disprsive X-ray Analysis (EDX).
•      Examining and imaging Biological Ultrathin sections of biological sample 
•     Negative staining technique for microorganisms samples
•     Sample processing (e.g., chemical treatment, staining, loading,embedding and sectioning)
